Site Parameters
Although a home high in the Sierra Nevada might have the same
external appearance and internal layout as a home on the ocean's coast, the two
houses will be "engineered" quite differently. Our construction
consultants are experts in converting your home plans into fully
engineered designs that meet the specific requirements of your site.
First we'll ask you to provide us with your Assessor's Parcel Number (APN).
The building department responsible for the issuance of permits will take
your APN and assign the "site specific" load requirements for the five
natural forces listed below. With this information we can then both
quote and design your home.
